Payment Options

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

 

Sales Tax

 

All prices are given in US Dollars ($). In the United States, any order shipped to an address within Texas State are required to pay sales tax. The sales tax of 8.25% will be added at checkout.

 

Verification And Shipping

 

When placing your order please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. Once payment has been received by us and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and has been dispatched. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. In the event that your shipping information does not match the delivery service’s records, we may contact you directly to update this information. We have the right to cancel and refund your order if we do not receive a response after three attempts.

RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, SALABLE WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING. RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE SHIPPED BACK AT YOUR EXPENSE AND IS SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. LIMITED RELEASE OR MARKED-DOWN SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

FOLLOW THE STEPS IN THE PORTAL TO REQUEST YOUR RETURN. ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN CREATED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL VIA EMAIL AND YOU MAY DROP YOUR PACKAGE AT ANY UPS LOCATION.

 

 

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

 

ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT, MINUS SHIPPING + RESTOCKING FEE OF 10%. REFUNDS TAKE 7-10 DAYS TO PROCESS DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK.
